Terms of Sale & Use

1. What you’re buying
Pixel AI Pet is a Windows desktop application. The free “Lite” version is free to use. The one-time “Full” purchase unlocks the additional features described on the site for the version you buy and future updates on the same major version.
2. Your licence
On purchase you receive a personal licence key that unlocks Full on up to three (3) computers you own or control. The key is for your own use — please don’t share, resell, or publish it. Keys that are shared beyond the activation limit, or obtained fraudulently, may be revoked.
3. Price & payment
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in GBP, as a one-time payment. Payment is processed by PayPal; by paying you also agree to PayPal’s terms. We are not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
4. All sales are final (no refunds)
Pixel AI Pet Full is a one-time purchase and all sales are final — we do not offer refunds. Because your licence key is digital content supplied immediately, by purchasing you expressly consent to that immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act if the software is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose — contact support@pixelaipet.co.uk and we’ll provide any remedy you’re legally entitled to.
5. Delivery
Your licence key is shown on screen immediately after payment and emailed to your PayPal email address. If you don’t receive it, contact us and we’ll re-send it.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to circumvent the licence, reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by law, or use it unlawfully. Some optional features fetch third-party content (e.g. memes) which we don’t control; use them at your discretion, and you’re responsible for any content settings you enable.
7. Updates
The app can update itself to bring fixes and new pets/features. We may change or discontinue features, but we won’t remove the core Full features you paid for without offering a reasonable alternative.
8. Warranty & liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights in the UK). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
